I have been using one type of solar flashlight for over two years,up to now, and it still works very well. I don't use it frequently, maybe an average of no more than one hour every day. So, in my case, the solar flashlight could work four or five years. Most of the time, I put it in my room. To make the battery last longer, I suggest fully charging the battery every month or more frequently.
